Hello Hilton, I just wanted to say how amazing our experience was aafrom the room to the incredible water park! What truly made our stay a perfect 10/10 was the exceptional service we received at the water park. Lifeguard Brice went above and beyond. Not only did he ensure that my kids were having a great time, but he also took special care of my daughter when she got a cut. She was so upset, but Brice was kind, attentive, and reassuring. He cleaned her up, made her feel safe, and helped her get back to enjoying herself. My kids haven’t stopped talking about how awesome he was! And of course, the bar service was outstanding too! Thank you, Hilton. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!
