Great hotel, especially for kids, but don’t let them nickel and dime you. We were there for 5 days, all-inclusive. Other reviews have covered the food, and the kids club is a fantastic amenity. We were offered $50 transport from the airport, which turned into ~$130 on the final bill. Additionally, after booking, they charged an extra $80 per kid per night, despite their site saying that kids stay free. It went on like that, and never once did a billing surprise go in our favor. Just felt very scammy. Ignore that and they get five stars.
