We can’t say enough good things about Hard Rock Vallarta! The resort size was perfect for us, with everything in walking distance. The ocean view from our 8th floor room/balcony was unbeatable. And the food was amazing! All of the food we had was delicious but we especially enjoyed eating at Frida, the Mexican restaurant. All of the staff we interacted with were kind, helpful, and hard working. Our butlers (Uri, Frank, and Alex) were on top of everything - checking in with us constantly, making sure we had chairs reserved on the beach every day and dinner reservations every evening. Our room was kept clean and fresh every day, thanks to Cinthia and the housekeeping team. Cristy and Alma greeted us with a smile every morning at the towel stand. And Diana made sure we always had a drink in hand on the beach and checked in with us often. Highly recommend!
