Very enjoyable holiday at the Krystal Grand Nuevo! All of the staff were friendly and helpful (5+ stars!). The food at the restaurants and buffet is delicious and homecooked with plenty of variety (5+stars!) The view from our room was stunning - beachfront. The room was clean, but could use a deep cleaning, and the bedding and towels could use a refresh. The water in the shower was never hot enough. There is no ambience in the lobby, such as music or much in the way of seating. The beach and pools are wonderful and well planned out, having a large pool for children and another, smaller infinity pool overlooking the ocean, with a swim-up bar for adults. The rooftop bar has a magnificent view, however it is tired looking and could use a refresh. The beach is gorgeous and clean, and there are plenty of loungers at the pools and beach. We had a wonderful time and we recommend this resort- especially for the beachfront room (above 4th floor), the food and the service!
