Our family had an incredible experience. We traveled with 2 children (4 and 16 months). Everything was very clean. All of the staff so friendly. Location was amazing and convenient that you could walk out of your room and on the slopes directly which made everything so much easier when traveling with small children. The ski school was great too! Probably the most notable thing that made our stay really feel like a vacation was how rich the experience felt for the kids. There was just so much for them to do! The kids club is wonderful, especially Yury who babysat our younger daughter. She was fun, kind-natured and you could tell she truly cares for the kids. We will definitely be back again!
