We had a 3 night stay here in April between seasons with 2 kids under 4. It takes a day to get used to the layout of the hotel across different buildings. Even arriving and unloading is a little confusing and then when you get inside the hotel, depending on your room location you have to use a combination of elevators to get around. The car park is located 200m away up some very steep hills and across a road where cars go fast around a blind corner, to take care with kids as this part was quite inconvenient. Overall it was a nice experience, the apartment layout was very nice and conveniently located above the pool so was very easy to go down with the kids. Pool area was nice and clean but I found some of the showers confusing to operate and they were capable of very hot water so take care with kids here. Only downside is our apartment had some issues with the heating which was only resolved on the third night, so first impressions of the apartment were impacted negatively (could only get the bedroom to 18C). The breakfast / dinner selection and quality was very good and the environment very child friendly and staff very helpful. Even the onsite gym was well equipped and seemed quite new with resistance machines, treadmills and a stretching area.
