Don't waste your money, pay a little more and stay elsewhere. Booked this hotel based on location, price, and positive reviews on hotels.com. Don't know why this place has such good reviews. We had a pretty bad experience. The room we got was in the basement unlike what was shown on the website. So no view at all. Bathroom clean but shower fixtures loose, toilet seat top broken. Towels not replaced, cleaners left our room unlocked when we stepped out, totally unsafe and unexpected. I guess you cant leave any valuables in the room. When asked them for a set of towels we were told that you already got a set in the morning so no more for you. Staff was not nice or friendly. I wonder if this is because we are non white?
