Had the worst experience with Natalie in the front desk. Remarks include, “don’t argue with me” stated infront of other staff and guests. She said I can pay $40 per extra wristband I lost since she’s been working here 3 years there are no exceptions. She refused to put me in touch with a supervisor and said I couldn’t speak to anyone above her until they’re working tomorrow. Asked her for another girls name who was helping me out and said it’s not her job to give me any other staff name. She said I filled out a form (that I didn’t) and if I didn’t I could have them. Literally proceeds to bring out a blank form and tell me “this is what I was supposed to fill out” (but I didn’t) when she couldn’t produce the paper still refused to give me more wrist bands. Then decided I was allowed to speak to a supervisor who also said she “couldn’t help me” when I asked her to produce the form I never filled out, nor was I explained what these wristbands were for assuming it’s the same as the other 10 locations I’ve stayed and just open the door and pool. She then agreed if she couldn’t find the form I could have them. Almost 35 minutes later they come up with the form the staff filled out my name I never signed. And somehow all Of a sudden was able to give me the wrist bands. Never purchase Wyndham they have zero customer service. Disgusted with the last day of our trip so unfortunate we wasted a day of our vacation planning to enjoy the property.
