We stayed at dominicus beach but often used the pool nearest to the tui marmara animation team. Most of the staff are lovely and despite not being french would be welcoming. However Bastian was not welcoming snd was in fact rude. Despite not speaking french we tried to join in with aqua arobics whenever we could. Bastian would take the piss and talk about us in french to other guests which was uncomfortable and rude. He always seems to want to be the centre of attention and just makes you feel uncomfortable. This really ruined the holiday for us. The pool is not only for marmara guests but you’re made to feel like it is. Their announcements take over the entire pool and its impossible to relax when the music is so loud. The music played is also very inappropriate at times. The songs were in English and the language was horrendous at times. Arturo is absolutely amazing. He’s so polite and always says hello and makes the effort.
