I booked an ADA unit and confirmed it by telephone in advance. When we arrived, that is not we got. After some precariously dangerous nights, we contacted Mack, the manager, who was helpful and gave us one of the available unoccupied ADA units for the rest of our stay... requiring us to repack everything and transfer it! The homes are comortble, however, we did have some bug and roach issues. Access to the poolss was difficult for us with a walker; so we gave up on our necessary daily excersize. We enjoyed Zion ands Bryce... plus some of the lacal restaurants. But do not visit The Bishop!!
