Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. 1. There is active construction of a new hotel right next to the building — constant noise, dust, and dirt everywhere. 2. A strong, unpleasant smell hits you as soon as you enter the lobby. 3. The hallway is lined with old, dirty rubber mats in front of each door, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Unit #125 4. This is not a hotel, but a privately owned apartment. There are no staff or reception in the entire building. 5. Guests are asked to remove their shoes inside the apartment, but the entrance rug is visibly dirty — please see attached photos. 6. One of the windows is broken and held together with masking tape that has disturbing warning messages written on it. 7. The apartment view is of bushes only — not the mountain view that was suggested. 8. The pool area looks nothing like the photos. The black pool liner is stained, and the surroundings are uninviting. 9. The hot tub was out of order, and the control panel was taped over with a note saying “No.” 10. The sauna is located inside the bathroom and is only accessible through the gym. The layout is awkward and uncomfortable. 11. Although a dishwasher was listed in the amenities, there wasn’t one. Still, guests are required to wash and dry all dishes and take the trash outside upon departure. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and did not meet our expectations at all. We’ve stayed at many other places before, and this one was by far the worst.
