Stayed for a week while on vacation. My first impression was the beautiful room and location. The room was also very clean. It exceeded our expectations initially. Typically, we would go to a resort outside of Canada, but we wanted to support local this year. Service was good, and the staff was helpful and polite. However, I was a bit disappointed in the pool area. Although the pool was awesome - It had a deep and shallow end and a beautiful view of the lake - the hot tub was very small (3 person max), and the jets splashed water everywhere, so we just kept them off. The shower setup wasn’t ideal. The Lodge requests that you shower before entering the pool; however, there is only one shower, so you will be waiting a bit if there is a lineup. Also, the last morning at the lodge, we had no water. Not sure if this was planned as it was 5-6am and the water was acting weird all week. It was back on before we left by 7am. We did text the emergency number to let them know. Overall, it was a nice stay and those are just my critiques from my experience at other locations. We were on the go most of the time so it was a beautiful place to stay and bed was comfortable. I imagine in the summer time it’s an amazing experience.
