Staff are terrible. Don't give proper directions to the guest rooms. They don't even know the street names. Front desk NEVER answers the phone. Had to drive to the front desk to make an appointment for the pool. Rooms are amazing, well stocked and clean and spacious. Pool is amazing, huge sized hot tub so you're never too close to a stranger. Pool is large too. Location is minutes from Collingwood and Blue Mountains Village. Great experience, but hire better staff!
