I was locked out of my room for 30 minutes without being able to get inside. Took so much force to unlock the door that the key got bent. The shower burned my skin as it immediately spills out scorching water the moment you turn the shower on. The light isn’t working for my toilet and I’ve seen many reports of bed bugs.
