We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised when they gave us a free upgrade to a king bed, knowing we were traveling with kids, such a thoughtful gesture! The room was spotless, including the bathroom, and it was spacious enough for our family to move around comfortably. We did encounter a small issue with our key card, but the staff responded very quickly and resolved it without any hassle. Special thanks to Shima, Sya, and Amy, they were incredibly friendly and efficient. Their service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
