My worst experience staying here this time as I always stay here all good till today what happen was I extended my room cause my kids wan spent time in the pool, and when I wanted to check out I seek help from the staff doing nothing to help me bring the trolley causey luggage this time was a lot to carry up and down but the reply I got was so upset 'tak boleh' and told me get it myself and I ask them who is working here me or them, they smile and reply nothing, laughing and not bothering me as a customer in their hotel. I was really not happy with reply given to me. Front desk not friendly was also an issue for me, I come here only for my kids unfortunately I will never come here again.
