I made a reservation a few days ago but haven't received my confirmation yet. When should I expect it?
Our reservations team works hard to get all reservations confirmed within 72 hours. However, occasional delays can happen on the seller's side, or even with the vacation club itself.
For example, if a seller needs assistance changing the reservation name over a weekend, some vacation clubs have limited weekend staffing, which can slow things down.
Please also note that confirmation emails can sometimes land in spam folders, so be sure to whitelist the @vakaymood.com domain in your email settings.
