Incredibly lovely people, very helpful. Would have given five stars but the bed was a little too firm for me. They were very forthcoming with an extra pillow when I asked for it, checking on us, all of the niceties that you would expect at this level of a hotel. Four stars for the location cuz there is not a restaurant within walking distance, or attached.
