I understand that this is a 3 star hotel, but the cleanliness and service was everything you’d expect for the perfect week in Puerto Vallarta. Mattress and pillow protectors were a very welcome and positive sign of things to come! WIVC Conchas Chinas is perfectly situated just far enough out of the main town to enjoy the ocean serenity, but close enough that you can easily get a $10peso bus directly down the hill, or a 5 minute taxi to Zona Romantica. It’s also a great walk down hill to town, or up hill back to the hotel. Obviously if you’re not fit, you won’t deal with the incline or stairs. All of the front of house staff were delightful, and so accommodating, assisting with activities. I thoroughly enjoyed my week. It’s also great that you can choose how often your room is serviced. I found twice in the week was very adequate. I don’t think there is a bad view in this place. Please see a sunset view from 2 bedroom apartment on the southern side of the hotel, and morning view from the northern side of the hotel. Thank you for my very relaxing week.
