lizards and snakes got into the house. the house from outside was dirty. the pool was dirty and the bathrooms were locked. we were uncomfortable sleeping at night, and my young siblings were scared. my mother was anxious the whole time. no soaps or shampoo were provided, no extra toilet paper. they asked us to clean the place for them after leaving and they still took service fees even though we cleaned most of the stuff there. if we ever go back to Florida, we wont be staying there again.
