I'll start by saying that we stayed as part of a promo weekend package so we didn't have to pay. However, I wouldn't suggest or return to the property even for a free stay. The rooms have new finishes and were comfortable except for the noise and temperature. We had no ac in the middle of summer, so it was difficult to sleep. We had to leave windows open which made it noisy, especially if you're a light sleeper. The walkways, stairs, and roof all show the buildings age from years of harsh winters. The sidewalk was so broken up from years of ice melt that I actually fell and sustained a bad sprain. This property is also lacking in amenities. I was shocked that they didn't even have breakfast in the restaurant. At least with a holiday inn express, you can count on that. Overall, we were severely disappointed and hope holiday inn brings this property up to basic standards.
