Three flights of stairs down to what appeared to be a basement. The hallway smelled of sewer gasses. The breakfast area has no seating. Food trays are in rooms to carry food back. boiled eggs, yogurt, dry cereal and make your own waffle. Coffee, milk or OJ were options. The room only has a microwave and mini fridge. Housekeeping must be arranged at check-in. They do not visit occupied rooms otherwise. Signed and initiated warnings about smoking/vaping in rooms and around patios. There were still other guests smoking on patios
