Absolutely atrocious when it comes to customer service. We had more cars than the garage could accommodate, and the guy at the front desk told us to park the extra cars at a parking lot that eventually got them towed. When we demanded reimbursement for the towing costs, they proceeded to initially say yes and then drag their feet. It took nearly two months of back and forth for them to reimburse for only one car. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls and texts entirely to dodge further accountability. So we lost hundreds of dollars trusting them to actually know what they’re talking about. I know where never to go again. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about you and your stay.
