Summer Bay is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay in a Jr. suite. We were impressed by the amount of kitchen gadgets and utensils for cooking. The big kahuna was the best pool! Shout out to Morgan and Will at the bar and grill there! They were friendly, hospitable and made my stay! However, upon checking in Robert was not friendly and did not direct us to our room. We had to flag down a nice gentleman in a golf cart who we followed to our accommodations. The entire front desk staff here needs more training on hospitality. I did find Erin very pleasant and helpful! The 10am check-out is way too early and late check-out was not an option. We also had cleaners enter our room before check out time without a knock or doorbell ring. Overall, a decent stay, but I’d rather stay at places where my money is valued!
