This was our first time to the resort. The grounds are beautiful and we really loved the pools. The food was tasty albeit pricey. I was disappointed that basically none of the cool things you can do there are included in your stay. The rooms were expensive so I figured some amenities would be included. I did like the 3-4pm snack hour in the lobby and loved the piano music. The gym facility is nice. The spa is in my opinion overpriced. The massages we got were ok. It's nice that it's a kid friendly place so the whole family can come. Kids eat for free certain places and times and they wear a bracelet so that they know and I had one server even ask me how old my daughter was (7) and then still charge us for the kids buffet. So I had to say "don't the kids eat free? Here's her bracelet that she's wearing" and then he fixed it. All of the wait staff worked very hard and were very kind. But it was very apparent that they were under trained and not up to the standards of fine dining, which is what they were presenting and charging us for. Big issue with the valet taking over 30 minutes to find and bring our car around for us to leave. After first bringing us the wrong vehicle and then trying to give my husband keys to yet another incorrect car. Then my keys weren't handed off but placed in my trunk. That was a frustrating way to end our trip.
