I lived on the 22nd floor of this block from 1996 to 1999. Our 2 bedroom apartment was small but very light as it had windows on 3 sides. Many other apartments we viewed of similar size and rental price were very dark by comparison. The location was convenient, being a short walk to Sheung Wan MTR, the old trams on Connaught Road, and the raised harbourside walkway to Central. Sheung Wan itself is an old and interesting district. We loved living here and never regretted choosing this apartment.
