Great Service and Good Food I had a nice experience during my stay. The front desk staff were very good — they were polite, helpful, and made my visit smooth and comfortable. The restaurant staff were also very attentive; they listened to my requests carefully and provided great service. The food was really good and exceeded my expectations. A couple of concerns: * The rooms are a bit small. * The manager, Pitchaya, seemed quite serious. It would be nice if she could be a bit more customer-friendly and welcoming, with a smile. Overall, the excellent service from the staff and the quality of the food made the stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again.
