Stayed at the cabins at Ft Wilderness, and this is a wonderful break from the hustle of the parks. We flew in and did not rent a car. No problem, but be sure to rent a golf cart in advance. We did, and upon arrival, there were no day-of rentals available. This resort is quiet and BIG, so a golf cart is very handy. Internal buses run non-stop and are also a great mode of transportation. Buses run to Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot. Boat transportation is available to Magic Kingdom. Our 1 bedroom cabin is equipped with a dual coffee pot, bunk beds, one queen sized bed, and queen full sized pull-down bed. (There is no washer and dryer in the cabin, but there is a laundromat on site). The bathroom has a walk-in shower only and a full countertop sink. There is also an additonal vanity size sink outside the bathroom. The cabins are newly remodeled and have fresh, clean looks. 4 stars for service only because we called for our luggage from bell services around 8 pm, and it took quite a while to arrive at our cabin. Overall, there is lots to see and do at this resort and a really peaceful vibe!
