Christopher was the most spectacular server at the resort. He remembered us from our trip 1 year ago. He curated a menu with perfect wine and cocktail pairings at all of the dinners we had with him. He used his culinary prowess to pick the most extraordinary dinners combinations for us. From the first time we had dinner at Fish Tales to this most recent time, when Christoper was our waiter, we had night and day experiences. I cannot recommend this resort, and specifically our server Christopher, enough. We truly feel so special and that is thanks to him and the personal experience he gave us!
