Beautiful hotel with great beach. Staff was polite except for some ladies at the cafe serving breakfast area. The rooms were great, bedding clean and mattresses comfortable. There was some renovation but it didn’t bother us much. Some feedback - however, room phone didn’t work. Was old and some buttons didn’t work when trying to call room to room or reception. Also was told to call “0” and had a hard time trying to do that. When the phone finally worked, nobody picked the call. The drainage in the shower was slow so there was build up and overflow of water out of the shower cubicle and wetting the floor towels each time. I appreciated the package cash vouchers of RM70 but I would like to suggest to management to convert it to a cash rebate instead for F&B or room service instead of giving old fashioned paper vouchers. That would be more sincere.
