Would love to give a 5 star however there was unknown construction with limited service. The staff was delightful and as usual going out of their way to serve guests needs. The gentleman taking care of the golf supply was less than thrilled to be in the trailer and we all knew it. We visited other golf courses in the Tucson area rather than Starr pass for a couple of simple reasons... the easiest to adjust- act like you want our business. The grill outside was limited but delivered food quickly. The room was a basic hotel set up but the view was great. Too bad it was only a window and not a small patio to drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. I don't mind "no service" for the four days we were there however, it would be nice to have the coffee supply needed without having to ask. I do believe you know how long your guests are staying in advance. It would be a nice touch for such an upscale place, with minimal effort on your part. As mentioned before, when I did ask for additional coffee (and a couple other items) it was delivered within minutes. Very efficient and pleasant service in that aspect. The front office will be stunning once again when the renovations are complete.
