This review is long overdue as I moved in Jul '23; I'd truly give it a total of 5 stars if it wasn't for the location. With that being said, and one knowingly accepts the location and maintain their personal safety...then its an affordable & enjoyable experience. Awesome experience even; despite the unfortunate city accompaniments! So...I lived there a little over 3 years. Upon arrival at the first viewing, I thoroughly was sold on the high ceilings and immense natural light my corner unit had....a bonus without the Harbor price tag. Because it's a converted building, those architectural bonuses add such character and much needed space. I had a 1 Br/1 Ba corner unit on the 3rd floor. Yes, it was quite noisy as you're on the main thoroughfare but it's city life...it's par for the course. Another small drawback is that the block has a lounge with a open patio just across our attached parking lot; I did not care for it as they often took spaces Fri-Sun evenings, so coming in later in the evening to get a space was annoying. However, because it was more of an adult lounge (no 20/30-somethings behaviors), it was relatively safe to come home, well-lit, and no one bothered you. Another bonus is the small gym, 24-hour access, for those winter months! And last, but certainly not the least...Ms Ellen and all of her staff & maintainence crew, all very professional, accommodating, and efficient.
