Sobhengu chalet 112 was the worst accommodation I have ever booked in. There were only 2 curtains in the sitting area that couldn’t close properly, leaving all the other windows exposed with no privacy. The bathroom had odour that was persistent even after being cleaned. Kitchen taps were not working properly, when opened water does not come out immediately one has to wait a while before anything happens. The main bedroom had bugs crawling everywhere and red ants crawling on the bed. Checking in @Nibela was easy, we were assisted by Sithembile who was well knowledgeable and friendly. However poolside service was a different experience, orders took long before being delivered and when one required additional service you had to go look for assistance. Location is beautiful, however visitors experience will be improved if they could give attention to the main road from the gate to the reception. The route from the reception area to the chalets needs attention, and regular inspections. We had to stop in the middle of the bushes to remove a tree that had fallen and obstructed the road. Our experience was so bad that we checked out a day earlier ♀️
