Normally sleep sofas are firm to sit on, but the cushions sunk in and gave my wife back and neck pain. She is not heavy, either. The carpet needed serious cleaning and spot removal, one smoke detector was missing a battery, one ceiling sprinkler was missing a cap, the freezer compartment was too tiny to store even a pint of ice cream and needed to be defrosted, the top of the painted dresser was badly scuffed, and the welcome mat and indoor-outdoor carpeting near the front door was filthy. It was difficult to crank one of the back windows and the front one had a loose screen which could have let in flies and mosquitoes. I only told Paul, the manager, about the sofa problem. He was very accommodating, as he offered to put a board under the sofa cushions to make it more firm. I blame the owner of this unit, room# 212, not Paul, who has neglected it terribly. This was our 3rd visit in 4 years to this place, but I doubt if we will ever return.
