BEWARE!!!!! DP NOT USE!!!! Sea Scape has been trying to collect on our mother's timeshare since her death in 2020!!!! We have sent her death certificate multiple times, by certified mail, and even had to hire a lawyer and file a claim with North Carolina 2020 and 2023. They harass us with bills and have now sent our DEAD MOTHER to COLLECTIONS!!!! DO NOT do business with such a HORRIBLE PLACE. They just told me to clear it up, my husband has to sign a DEED and pay $313!!! NO WAY! We are good people who have done everything they asked and more. THEY ARE SHEISTERS! DO NOT USE!!!!
