Rooms are very large. They are just very outdated on certain floors. Small but clean pool & hot tub in the back. Right on the beach. Good parking. Has a great location on Ocean Blvd near 21st ave. Most staff is friendly. Obe negative is no food on location, but food close by. If they remodel the other floors, I'd come back for sure.
