Had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. Politely asked if there was any way they could refund me the last day, office staff was very rude and said no. They said i could try to call the manager later, but then went on to say “ i can tell you right now, Cheryl will not refund you”. Enjoy your money Cheryl.
