Nice unit but not a resort. This location is a private complex that has reserved units for RCI to use. There is no main lobby or check-in desk. The check in area is in another unit that acts as an office.The only amenities are a tennis court that I never saw and an outdoor pool which was very nice,(bring your own towels). The units are all located on the street side of the complex facing a construction site. The construction goes on from 8am-5pm, M-F. If you don't like hearing hammers banging all day then this isn't the place for you. The unit is very clean and well decorated. The kitchen is updated with newer appliances. The water pressure is great and the AC worked well. I didn't like the bars on all the doors and windows and I especially didn't like that there was only one door key for our entire party. If you don't mind walking, there are stores, restaurants and ATM machines within 5-15 minutes walking depending on where you choose to go. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. The parking is adequate after 5pm. Parking can be challenging between 8am-5pm due to the construction workers. This is a beautiful area. The weather was perfect for us. No rain and low humidity. Day time temperatures were 74-82 degrees, night time temperatures were 58-65 degrees. There is daylight from 7am-10pm. The hottest time of the day is around 3-5pm. If you plan on booking an excursion, do it BEFORE you arrive. Some excursions book up fast. We booked some excursions at the Hotel 10 down the street. If you are looking for a resort with lots of family amenities, this isn't the place. If you just want a nice room in a beautiful, friendly location, this is the place.
