Let's start with the positive: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The room is spotlessly clean and the pools and gardens are magnificent! This we love so much about anfi. The awesome Anfi experience lifts up this review to 4 stars, as you don't spend too much time in the room. But now to room, it was the first time we were in Puerto Anfi and we got a room right above the restaurants! Are you kidding me, ob the balcony its so loud, you cant even watch TV when are not able to read lips!! Until 2300 loud music and drunk Englishmen singing Sweet Caroline in a tune that even scares the birds away. You say, just get in the room and close the door? I say, for one this is not possible as the doors won't latch and also it doesn't help at all, as you still hear the sounds from below. When it's windy you even feel the gusts of air when lying in bed! Catastrophic! The room would need minus stars! Just because it's clean and the furniture has been renewed (so it seems) I am still okay to give 1 star. The bathroom appliances are of age! When you turn the water on, you feel as if your fingers are cut! And the showering is a unpleasant Kneipp Experience as it switches from ice cold to burning hot every few seconds! Unworthy of an otherwise such great resort! We will not come back to Puerto Anfi. Anfi Beach Club all the way!!! 10000 times better (eventhough it's older)
