Stayed at the Gran Anfi for 2 weeks. Easy check-in and luggage was in our room when we got there. Room was great with a wonderful view. Excellent bus service across the road, not expensive and regular buses. There was never an issue getting a sunbed, even though some were reserved from 8am despite clear signage stating beds not to be reserved. Pool staff didn't appear to do anything about this. Spar had a good selection, more expensive than in Puerto Rico, but only to be expected as they main shop in the resort. We went into 4 bar/restaurants, twice our order was wrong. Speaking to a couple who have stayed every year for over 10 years, stated the standard of the resort had deteriorated in the last few years. In some common areas tiles were broken, what appeared to be fountain/water features had no water. Apartment was great but overall standard was lacking of a 5* resort.
