Been going to Madeira and staying in this hotel since I was five I am now 18! Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend my childhood holidays with family. Meeting friends along the way and often seeing the same faces of staff members each year. Never had any issues the odd thing her and there but it is always dealt with professionally and promptly. Would recommended to all. 10 minutes form the forum and 15 from the town at a leisurely pace. Gift shops near by and lovely restaurants. What more could you ask for
