Positive: +friendly personnel +well cleaned apartment +Denia and Javea are nice Negative: ~NO AIR CONDITIONING -technically outdated building, needs renovation -very close to busy Denia-Javea road (high speed not city area traffic) 10 m from the front terrace (no privacy). The Cross roads of the old and new road is 10 m away- very noisy (see the picture) -no services (snack bar & restaurant closed and in ugly condition, see the picture) -have to sit sideways in toilet seat - no room for knees -“back terrace” and the main bedroom window directly to the destinations road 1m away (no privacy). The “terrace” is just sand and rocks (see the picture) -the hot water boiler is in the closet right next to the main bedroom’s bed (keeps you warm when the outside temperature is over 30 degrees Celsius and there is no air conditioning) -apartment lights are ugly and irritating The apartment might work as a base camp for trekking tours in the mountains at winter. Definitely not a holiday destination. Do not make a reservation unless you’re sure not to get this apartment.
