Beautiful place located in the middle of the mountains. It feels very relaxing! Things to be aware: Hot water is limited just to two times per day, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms, I found it odd at the beginning but also a good way to disconnect. Food is very tasty, and portions are very generous. Delicious traditional food from Venezuela and Los Andes. Staff is lovely in general, just a couple of issues with the lady in the restaurant till. It would be great if things could be charged to the room as any other hotel so you don't waste your holiday time trying to find change to pay just one drink. You need to be more prepared for giving change to your customers and not putting them in an uncomfortable position while on vacation.
