The owner, Mary, has transformed this space into an absolute oasis for wellness, and you instantly feel relaxed and calmer when you walk in. The space has ocean views, an amazing deck, and so many great wellness services from facials to sound baths, barre classes and yoga, and more. Mary has also recently added more recovery with a sauna (the room is stunning) and a compression boot area. If you’re looking for spa-like wellness, self-care, the best facials (she gives amazing neck and shoulder massages during), you’ve found the right place. Also, her prices are very fair for the experience and service you get!
