I just spent six days at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville. The room we had was clean and we had all the amenities necessary for an extended stay. We were greeted by the valet who was informative, helpful, and very prompt. Once at the check-in desk I was greeted by Akira who greeted us with a smile along which was nice after an eight and a half hours drive. Once we got settled we received a welcome text. I loved that they checked on us via text and if we needed anything we could just text them and we'd receive whatever service we requested. I cannot go without mentioning that I had an issue with the third party site booking.com about my reservation. Antonio, Akira, and Autumn assisted with my issue and saved my Anniversary trip. If you want a hotel that's clean, has restaurants, live music, a pool, the best customer service, and is located within walking distance of downtown, Margaritaville is where you want to be.
