Appalling experience — avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you’re Indian. While the property may appear scenic, the service and attitude of the staff completely ruin the stay. Our group of 80+ Indian guests faced outright discrimination, treated as second-class citizens while foreigners received polite and prompt service. The rooms were in pathetic condition — no electricity, no intercom, no mobile signal, and no hot water for hours. Every time we walked to reception (since we couldn’t call), we were met with false assurances that the issues would be resolved in “10 minutes,” which never happened. The restaurant staff was overtly rude to Indian guests, showing a shocking level of preferential treatment toward foreigners. We raised this serious issue with the floor manager, but no action was taken — not even an apology. To make matters worse, we even emailed the hotel afterward, hoping for accountability or at least a basic acknowledgment. No response. Complete silence. If you are Indian and expect to be treated with dignity, take your business elsewhere. This hotel clearly does not value Indian guests and has made no effort to address serious complaints of discrimination and neglect. Disgraceful behavior in our own country.
