It is a time share, in which all shares were sold in the early 1980s. I inherited mine, but they do come up for sale occasionally. The maintenance charges are reasonable and the whole thing is run by a very efficient manager/caretaker, who has been doing the job since it was built. It is like living in a small friendly village of 15 Flats. Everybody, knows everyone else, as many of them have been holidaying there for many years.
