NOISE DISTURBANCES DAY AND NIGHT !!! This has been going on for a few yrs now. If you want your door kicked on all the time day and late at night from the bad kids that live here & the surrounding neighborhood children...then yes move here. If you want to feel like a normal human being that values respect without ghetto interactions with the residents children and parents then I suggest you don't move here. Overwhelming amount of complaints to the management nothing is never done about these nuisance and disrespectful acts ! This is another form of tenant harassment too. I was just told several times to call the cops...of course nothing is still done about this issue. If your a quiet tenant who likes peace and quiet and pay your rent on time...then don't move here !! Tenants are nasty leave garbage and trash everywhere, dog poop, cigarettes, etc. No one has control over there disrespectful children. Flooding all the time in front of my door every time it rains and snows. Not safe for someone who is disabled. You have to wait if something is broken in your apt that's for sure. No resident community meetings either to address any issues.
