We've owned a unit in building one since '05 and it's been a blessing. Not a typical multilevel beachfront dwelling, this particular Condominium complex is certainly much more resident oriented place. There's no rental of units here so visitors are usually family or friends of the unit's owners and are never strangers. This would violate bylaws set in place for this exact purpose: People live here, and it's not at all cheap. Many retirees have saved most of their lives to one day be able to call a place like this home, and that's precisely what many here have done. This means they don't expect to be hassled by 7 day long neighbors. It's also worth noting that the security here is very good and you immediately feel safe from the moment you pass the gate and this safe feeling only increases as you enter your personal pin number to unlock & enter the lobby\rear elevator depending on if you're a resident or a guest as residents have their own personal spots in a covered carpark in the rear of the building. It's a wonderful place that holds many many family memories, mostly sweet but as in any home some bittersweet memories of loved one's lost too soon at large family functions and reunions which brings me full circle to where I began... If you'd like to visit this beautiful island from abroad or from even a relatively short distance I'd suggest the Sheraton Suites about a mile north, as they cater to tourists and are much closer to many of the areas beautiful attractions and shoppes. You won't even be allowed into the gate unless personally invited by a unit owner or are in fact an owner yourselves. These are homes to the owners, be them winter, summer or otherwise, and it seems that it will remain so for quite some time, but don't let this stop you if you intend to visit our area because it's renowned for it's natural beauty and with many other options for lodging very, very nearby you can rent a room for a reasonable price and share our view of paradise. It's been ranked the #1 beach destination in America twice over, I believe that we hold this title as of the posting of this review. Come down and spend some time where we call home. You can't waste money here because everything, everyone, everywhere here is easily worth the price. Unless you fancy an overpriced tropical drink served from a small pail, that is
