Upper level third floor room was wonderful. We were next to dog park and would not want first level as we aren’t dog people. They were so accommodating and were able to change our room to the 3rd floor. Lisa, the concierge, provided so much good information on activities for us! I met with her on 3 separate occasions with questions not only for Hilton Head area but surrounding areas. She was a wealth of information! Thank you, Lisa - what an asset to this resort!
